Hollin Hills Pool Secretary

The secretary is responsible for managing the logistics and flow of communications for the Board.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting notices and agendas – coordinating with the Pool Chair and distributing prior to meetings;
  • Meeting minutes – taking, distributing for review and approval, adding to the Google Drive workspace;
  • Tracking votes taken by the Board and recording the outcome;
  • Maintaining organization of documents in the Board’s Google Drive workspace; and
  • Managing the pool Zoom account.
